Payment Options
Design By Me Handbag Studio, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash or personal checks. (NOTE: There is a fee associated with returned personal checks.)

Shipping, Handling and Tax

All shipping is done by UPS. The charge is calculated based on weight and destination. All shipments are automatically insured.

Shipping Time: It is our goal to have your custom made Design By Me Handbag Studio bag or accessories delivered to you approximately 3-4 weeks from the date the order is received.

The City and County of San Francisco requires that all merchandise bought from our San Francisco store be assessed an 8.5% sales tax.

Warranty
We stand behind the construction of our bags and accessories. Design By Me Handbag Studio, LLC cannot be responsible for damage to bags or accessories caused by heavy use or dry-cleaning. In the rare case that you experience a problem with the construction of your bag or accessories, we'll be happy to repair it at our expense, including shipping both ways within the first month of purchase. Returns and Exchanges
Since your DBM bag or accessories are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All orders are final.

In-Store Purchases: Our ready-made limited edition items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned for store credit only and only within 14 days of purchase and when accompanied by original receipt.
